GAA Confirms No Family Deal For All Ireland Final

Clare families seeking to cheer on the county’s hurlers in the All Ireland Final face an expensive day out, after Croke Park confirmed no family pricing package is in place for the game.

Such a deal was made available for the replay of last year’s All Ireland Final, but the GAA says it’s not possible to offer a discounted rate for children this time around.

And with stand tickets costing €80 each, and spots in the terrace forty euro, this means a family of five could pay up to 400 euro to cheer on the Saffron and Blue.

GAA Press Officer Alan Milton admits this is disappointing, but insists the prices compare favourably with other major sporting events.
