Calls For Big Screen For All Ireland Final

Calls have been made for a big screen to be erected in a Clare town on All Ireland Final Sunday, to allow fans not lucky enough to be at the game the have their own big day out.

While 82,300 people will cram into Croke Park to see Davy Fitzgerald’s side take on Cork, high demand and high prices means there will be many Clare fans unable to see the match in person.

This has led a number of suggestions that a big screen be erected somewhere in the county, so Clare fans can gather and hopefully cheer their side to All Ireland glory.
