The man behind plans for a new soup kitchen in Ennis says he expects the facility to cater for the ‘new poor’, as well as for those who are homeless in the town.
Oliver Williams’ Twist Soup Kitchen is expected to open on the Clare Road by Monday September 2nd, and will offer a free meal to those who attend, no questions asked.

It’s the eigth such facility that Oliver has set up across Ireland, and he says previous experience shows that a large range of people, who are in need of help, will attend.
