They reveal an increase of 1.5 percent in the homicide rate in the last 12 months, driven by a rise in dangerous driving leading to death.
Theft and related offences were also up slightly.
There was a fall of just under nine percent in burglary and related offences, and a drop in attempts or threats to murder, assaults, harassments and related offences of over 10 percent, in the year to the end of June.
