Clare has seen a drop in public order offences recorded in the county.
Figures released by An Garda Síochána show that there is a 9% decrease in this category of crime being reported at stations.

Between January and June 2013 Ennis has records showing 200 public order offences, 75 were recorded in Shannon, Ennistymon has 45, Killaloe 26 and Kilrush 18.
Overall, the number of these offences fell by 100 to 996.
