Two new surveys of the property market have shown that Clare house prices are continuing to fall.
A study of asking prices by MyHome.ie revealed a stabilisation in the last three months, with the average price for a three-bed semi-detached house here now at 119 thousand euro.

However, this is 12% lower than at the same point last year, and a separate study of asking prices by Daft.ie shows an 8.5% annual drop.
Both studies reveal that prices are holding up or even growing in urban areas, especially in Dublin.
