A 27 year old man is due in court later this morning charged in connection with the murder of a man in the Phoenix Park in Dublin, whose burnt remains were found last week.
The victim was assaulted before his sleeping bag was set on fire in the early hours of Friday morning.

The 27 year old will appear in court at around half past 10 this morning.
A second man, aged 20, remains in Garda custody in connection with the murder.
