Officials from the Central Remedial Clinic are to face a grilling from the Dail Public Accounts Committee on controversial salary top-ups to some senior staff.
The Chief Executive of the CRC, Brian Conlon, has today announced his resignation. He did not receive a salary top up.
The Public Accounts Committee will also ask questions about a top up to the CRC pension fund.
Deputy Shane Ross, a member of the Public Accounts Committee, says Mr. Conlon may still have to answer questions before TDs, but other representatives of the Central Remedial Clinic will be asked to appear.
