Fianna Fáil says the Minister for Health is directly to blame for the latest overspend at the HSE.
It’s emerged that the agency will need a bailout of 199 million euro after again failing to keep its spending within the Budget limits.
Some of the financial shortfall is a result of the government delaying policies which would have brought in more money for the HSE.
Fianna Fáíl’s health spokesman Billy Kelleher says the blame must lie with the Minister for Health.
