The people of Clare are being encouraged to continue the spirit of giving this festive season by donating blood.
The Irish Blood Transfusion Service has expressed concern about a shortfall in stock over the coming days, and is asking the people of Clare to turn out in force at special clinics.
They take place at the West County Hotel tomorrow (29th) from 12 o’clock until 3 o’clock and at The Falls Hotel in Ennistymon from 3 o’clock until 6 o’clock this Thursday.
