A garda investigation is underway following a fatal house fire in Sligo town last night, where a 34 year-old woman died.
Fire crews and gardai were called to the house on White Strand View in Aylesbury Park at around 9.20.

Gardai say it's believed the fire broke out in the upstairs of the house.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and her body was removed to Sligo Regional Hospital.
Two boys, who were also in the house at the time, aged 3 and 18, escaped uninjured.
