A global gathering of sports enthusiasts from across the medical profession is set to generate over one million euro for the MidWest economy.
It's been announced that Ireland will host the World Medical Health Games in June of next year.

The 34th 'Medigames' will be held at the University of Limerick, with over 2,000 people expected to take part.
