Unions at Bausch and Lomb in Waterford say there are a "number of challenges" ahead of the talks with management this morning.
They're due to meet at 9 o'clock this morning in a bid to secure some of the 200 jobs which have been marked for redundancy.

The plant's 1,100 workers have been told to accept the redundancies and a % pay-cut – or face closure.
