Aer Lingus claims its customers are being held to ransom, by the cabin crew roster row at the airline.
Talks to resolve the dispute are taking place at the Labour Court in Dublin – between management and IMPACT officials.

The union has served the airline with notice of two more 24-hour strikes next Monday and Wednesday.
Aer Lingus Director of Communications Declan Kearney is calling on IMPACT to lift the threat of industrial action for the sake of the travelling public.
