An Ennistymon woman is urging people to support the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association in a bid to improve care for others affected by what she's described as the nightmare she's living.
Patricia Flaherty was diagnosed with the deadly and debilitating neurological condition in 2011 and is now confined to a wheelchair and dependent on her family and carers for her most basic needs.
