Ticketmaster has begun the process of refunding hundreds of thousands of Garth Brooks fans.
It's advising anyone who purchased their ticket in person at the Irish Shop in Ennis on Lower Market street or from a Ticketmaster van outside Cusack park or other outlets that they need to return it.

Otherwise for anyone who shopped online or over the phone will have all the costs, including service charges, refunded to credit or debit cards that were used to make purchases.
