The chair PAC says he "has no doubt" that the Oirechtas will defend the Committee against a legal action launched by former Rehab boss Angela Kerins.
Ms Kerins' legal team says the PAC started a "witch hunt" against her. She's seeking damages for an illness she suffered and losing her job – as well as an injunction preventing the Committee from any further investigation into her pay arrangements.

PAC chief John McGuinness says the Committee's members didn't overstep their mark – and were simply doing their job by accounting for public money.
