Clare has been ranked as one of the post popular counties in Ireland for so-called staycations.
The Banner County has been ranked in sixth position in a nationwide survey of Irish people who were asked where they most like to go when holidaying at home.

Kerry was the top choice, with twenty-six per cent support, followed by Galway and Cork.
Six per cent of the more than 1,700 people who took part in the MyHome.ie poll said Clare was their favourite.
