Obama Focuses On Ireland In Tax Comments

The US President has singled out Ireland in his criticism of American multinationals that move to other countries to cut their tax bill.

Barack Obama is accusing big US corporations of trying to play 'the system' by 'magically becoming Irish' through so called tax inversion deals.

According to the Irish Examiner, about 41 US companies have switched their addresses to low-tax nations such as Ireland since 1982.
