Nearly 3,000 Clare homeowners have yet to pay their property tax for 2013.

With nearly 51,000 people paying the charge here, Clare has a compliance rate of 94.6%, slightly less than the national average.
Revenue says it has collected about 13.5 million euro in respect of the Local Property Tax in the county.
The highest compliance rate has been recorded in Fingal and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown in Dublin, with the lowest in Donegal.
