Just seven of the 200 Clare properties identified by NAMA as being suitible for social housing have been transferred to the County Council.
Figure released by the Environment Minister show over three-quarters of the homes identified by Nama were either unsuitible or unwanted, while a total of 42 will be transfered.

That's despite the fact that there are just over 3,000 people waiting for local authority homes in the county.
