Water tankers will be on hand in Kildysart and Coolmeen once again today, as a water restriction remains in place there.
The precautionary measure was announced on Tuesday night, after higher levels of manganese were discovered in the supply, and it is to stay in place until further notice.
Water is being provided via tankers today and tomorrow at Kildysart Secondary School, from 10 o'clock until 11 o'clock both mornings and from 6 o'clock until 7 o'clock in the evenings.
Water tankers will also be in place at the Hilltop Bar in Coolmeen between 12 noon and 1 o'clock today and tomorrow, and between 8 o'clock and 9 o'clock both evenings.
Around 1500 users of the Kildysart Public Water Supply and the Coolmeen Group Water Supply are reminded not to use their tap water except for the flushing of toilets, flushing of internal house plumbing systems, dishwashing and personal hygiene.
