A post mortem's to be carried out on the body of a woman in her mid 50s who died in a road collision in Co Galway early this morning.

The car she was driving hit a wall on the N59 Galway/Clifton Road at Moycullen at around 4.30.
The passenger, a man in his early 50s, was taken to University Hospital Galway for treatment.
His injuries are not believed to be too serious.
Gardai are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them.
