Overcrowding has eased somewhat at University Hospital Limerick today.

It was the busiest in the country yesterday according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation with 30 people either on trolleys or in wards above capacity.
Today the stats show 12 people in the facilties' Accident and Emergency department and a further five in overflow areas.
