Management at the Cliffs of Moher is welcoming new research which shows it's the top spot on the Island of Ireland for bringing tourists.
A new survey says 33 per-cent of Irish people favour the Cliffs of Moher as their top spot to bring overseas visitors.
The report has also seen Newgrange in county Meath voted our favourite heritage site for the fifth consecutive year.
Ecclesiastical Insurance carried out the research published in advance of Heritage Week.
So far this year there's been a 9 per cent increase in the numbers stopping off at the Cliffs of Moher with management crediting the Wild Atlantic Way, Clare Cliffs Walk and increase services into Shannon Airport amongst the reasons.
