Property prices across the country have continued to rise.
Figures released by the Central Statistics Office today show property prices rose by 2 percent in July from June.

Over the last 12 months, prices nationally have climbed by more than 13 percent.
Prices in the capital increased by 2.5 percent from June and have gained more than 23 percent in the last year.
Philip O'Sullivan, Chief Economist with Investec Ireland says the Dublin house market is rising faster than the rest of the country.
