The UN is threatening further sanctions against Russia after President Obama blamed Moscow for escalating the violence in Ukraine.
NATO says over 1,000 Russian troops have crossed the border and are fighting alongside rebels – something Moscow denies and says any soldiers in the country are either volunteers or holidaymakers.
