Clare FM has received six nominations in the annual PPI Radio Awards, the most prestigious awards for the Irish radio industry.
Clare FM's Morning Focus has been nominated for the Best Current Affairs Program, with host John Cooke in the running for Speech Broadcaster of the year.

Clare FM's news team are in the running for two awards – best bulletin and best story, while Syl O'Connor has been nominated as one of the Best Sports Broadcasters in the awards which honour local and national stations on the island of Ireland.
A documentary on our Clare's Got Talent competition has also been recognised in the New Irish Music/Musical Talent Programme category.
The news is a boost for Clare FM ahead of it's 25th birthday celebrations next week.
