The head of the Ennis Garda Division insists problems with anti-social behaviour in the town are no worse than in similar areas.
Superintendent Derek Smart has been questioned on the issue by Councillors from the Ennis District, who say they have had a number of incidents reported to them.

Anecdotal evidence has suggested that young children in particular are to blame, but Superintendent Smart says Gardaí will deal with incidents when they are reported.
