An Independent Ennis Councillor has called on the staff of Clare Council to travel around the town in a wheelchair.
Ann Norton has made the call in a bid to raise awareness about the difficulties people with disabilities have in accessing Ennis and other towns around the county.

Cllr Norton received cross-party support from public representatives in her calls for better wheelchair accessability, while the Council has said their door is always open to suggestions or requests for help.
However Councillorr Norton says she's become increasingly frustrated about the issue
