The President of the Irish Cattle and Shee Farmers Association is accusing the Minister for Agriculture of being disingenuous.
Cratloe's Eddie Punch has been responding to Simon Coveney's statements at the National Ploughing Championships yesterday on the beef crisis.

Minister Coveney said alot of the problems with pricing are coming from outside of Ireland – his comments come a week after over 200 farmers took to the streets of Ennis to protest on the issue.
However Mr Punch says farmers are very angry at the Minister's statement.
