The Fianna Fáil leader says next month's Seanad by-election should be abandoned – amid questions over how Fine Gael's candidate was appointed to a state board.
Micheal Martin says both IMMA and the Seanad itself are owed an apology by Taoiseach, Enda Kenny.

Earlier it emerged that independent candidate Gerard Craughwell had opposed John McNulty's nomination – but withdrew his opposition when he was told Mr McNulty was a director of IMMA.
