The Health Minister is being urged to re-evaluate his position with regards to healthcare in the MidWest.
North Clare Fine Gael Senator Martin Conway has made his call after regional health services were dealt a second blow in the space of a week.

The HSE has ruled out an upgrade of Ennis General to a Model 3 hospital which could entail the return of 24-hour A&E cover to Clare, just days after Minister Leo Varadkar declined to announce money for extra beds at University Hospital Limerick.
However, Ennistymon Senator Martin Conway says the Minister was "wrong" not to do this, and has called on him to survey the situation for himself.
