Michael Greaney's funeral will take place in Cobh in Co. Cork this afternoon and will be strictly private.
Mr Greaney died in a murder suicide at his family home in Cobh on Sunday.

Hundreds of mourners gathered at St Colman’s Cathedral in Cobh for the funeral mass of his wife, 49 year old Valerie Greaney, who died after being stabbed by her husband, who later took his own life.
Their daughter Michelle was also injured in the incident, she attended the funeral with her sister.
The couple will be laid to rest in the same cemetery but in separate areas.
