Rents in Clare have fallen marginally over the past year, even though they're rising across the country.
The average rent for all dwellings let here at the end of September was 512 euro, three euro less than at the same time in 2013.

In that time, however, the Private Residential Tenancies Board says rents outside of Dublin have risen by 3.8 per cent.
