A new report shows house prices in Clare have bucked the national trend by rising in the last three months of 2014.
The Daft.ie research, based on asking prices, has recorded a first national decrease in house prices since the middle of 2013, down 1% in the final quarter of the year.

In Clare, however, there has been a 2.2% increase in the same time frame, with the typical home here now valued at just under €131,000.
