The IDA says more than 174,000 people are now in jobs in their client companies – the highest number on record.
The agency says it assisted in the creation of more than 15,000 new jobs last year – but when job losses were taken into account there was a net increase of over 7,000.

197 investments were made last year – up 20% on 2013.
