Former Anglo Irish Bank boss David Drumm has been told by a US court that his bid for bankruptcy has failed.
A judge in Boston said Mr. Drumm had made statements to the court that were "both knowing and fraudulent" and was "not remotely credible".

The ruling could allow the IBRC to renew its legal action in Ireland over millions in unpaid loans.
