The trial of Graham Dwyer will not now get underway until Thursday.
The 42 year old – with an address at Kerrymount Close in Foxrock in south Dublin – is accused of killing childcare worker Elaine O'Hara.

The 37 year old went missing in August 2012 – her remains were found in Killakee around a year later.
A jury of seven men and five women were sworn in yesterday.
The trial is expected to last between 6 and 8 weeks.
