A second cabinet minister has defended the performance of the Dail's Ceann Comhairle.
Michael Noonan has joined Leo Varadkar in saying Sean Barrett is unbiased and doing a good job running Dáil business.

Opposition parties are understood to be considering a motion of no confidence against Deputy Barrett, after he claimed that Fianna Fáil and Sinn Féin were out "to get him".
But this lunchtime Minister Noonan says that the Ceann Comhairle had acted correctly at all times, while earlier the Health Minister also voiced his support for Sean Barrett.
