Concern is being raised about the level of un-reported Crime in County Clare.
Fianna Fáil TD Timmy Dooley says he believes the closure of a number of Garda stations in the last two years – means that victims of crime don't always report it to Gardaí because they feel the force is too stretched.

On the first of March next Kilmihil station will reopen – while Lissycasey will close as the lease on the property is not being renewed by the Office of Public Works.
Deputy Dooley fears the decisions could lead to more crimes going undetected in the long term.
