A well known travelling circus company says it has no plans to retire the animal acts in their shows.

The company is questioning claims by the Animal Rights Action Network that members of the public do NOT want to see animals in circuses.
ARAN is calling on Clare Councillors to prohibit the use of animals in the events.
Spokesperson John Carmody says he believes the conditions are simply not suitable.
