Micheal Mc Dermott is the new Clare football manager.
The Kilmurray Ibrickane man was appointed at last nights meeting of the Clare County Board along with Liam Mc Hale and James Foran as his selectors.
Another selector is to be appointed within the next few weeks.

Meanwhile the Clare U21 football management will remain the same as it was in 2009 but Brian Lohan has stepped down from his involvement in the Clare Minor Hurlers.
The Minor management are as follows:
Jerry O Connor, Donal Moloney and Eamon Fennessy
