Efforts are due to get underway in the coming days to try and resolve the current impasse between the Clare hurling panel of 2009 and Mike Mc Namara and his management team.
Following Tuesday’s county board meeting a time frame of 7-10 days was set out in order to try and resolve the on going dispute but there is understood to be little progress so far in bringing all interested parties to discussions.
Team captain Brian O Connell however has confirmed that he or his players have no difficulty in meeting with County board or management in order to try and finally end the long running dispute which would indicate a successful end to the dispute is possible.
