Crusheen and Clonlara put finishing touches to county final preparations

 Crusheen and Cratloe train fo the final time this evening ahead of Sunday’s county senior hurling final.

Cratloe are appering in their second consecutive final while Crusheen are aiming to make the break through after several near mises over the past number of years.

Crusheen overcame Sixmilebridge in their semi final 2 weeks ago while Cratloe edged last eyars finalits Clonlara in their semi fianl last Saturday.

Clonlara manger Colm Honan says they are a very difficult side to beat and would be worthy of winning two in a row

Elsewhere the Clare cup is also down for decision this Saturday with near neighbours Sixmilebridge and Newmarket meeting in Clarecastle at 4-30.

The Bridge won the group encounter earlier this year and topped division one while Newmarket beat Broadford in their semi final.

Sixmilebridge lost to Crusheen in the county championship semi finals but manager Rusty Chaplin says his side are focused on  ending  the season on a high:
