Clondegad GAA club has confirmed to Clare FM that they’re to take their dispute over their Minor Football Championship semi-final clash with Ennistymon to the Munster Council.
The initial match between the sides was cancelled when Clondegad failed to show, and victory was awarded to Ennistymon.

However Clondegad have appealed this, saying they couldn’t fulfil the fixture on the same weekend as the Intermediate Final and have been seeking for the game to be re-arranged.
It’s understood that the Clare County Board and Bord na Og Peil will allow Ennistymon to replay the game should they choose to do so, while Clondegad have offered to meet them at a venue and time of Ennistymon’s choosing.
