Clare Sports Partnership and Clare Athletics Association are holding the third series of the frost bite 5k road race, this Saturday in Scarriff starting at 10 . 30am.
Also this weekend in Nenagh sees the All-Ireland Indoor Games on Saturday with the Senior, Junior and Masters Combined Events and on Sunday the National masters Track and Field Championships with the programme starting at 11 . 30am both days.
