The Fai Agm and Summer festival of soccer has been offically launched in Clare this afternoon.
Clare will host the event which will see soccer camps,fun days,street soccer and visits from special guests from the 11th to the 16th of July.
The event was launched today at Aras Chontae an Clar Clare by Fai chief executive John Delaney.
The Fai Agm will be hosted by Clare for the very first time in just over two months time with hundreds of events planned for between the 11th and 16th of July in the county.
Over 20 Clare clubs wil be visted by a delegation from the Fai while 100k euro in capital grant aid will also be presented exclusivly to Clare clubs in July.
4 clubs in the county are set to host football fun days while there is also 5 summer camps set to take place during the week of the AGM
The Agm itself will be held on the Saturday while over 250 Fai members will attend the Club delegates dinner on the Friday evening when the club of the year will be announced with Tulla Utd in the running for the award.
