Foley describes Pool draws “interesting “

Munster’s forwards coach Anthony Foley says second place will likely not be good enough for the province if they’re to qualify for the knock-out stages of the Heineken Cup.

The Killaloe native was speaking after Munster were drawn alongside Northampton, Scarlets and Castre in the opening stage of the competition, a group which Foley has described as ‘interesting’.

He’s also said the way in which the fixtures fall, and how players come out of the World Cup will have a major influence.
