Clare captain Pat Vaughan admits that being in Division 2 of the National League is a handicap for the Banner ahead of this Sunday’s Munster Championship clash with Tipperary.
Clare take on the All Ireland Champions at the Gaelic Grounds this weekend, on the back of a Division 2 Final loss to Limerick and games against the likes of Carlow, Kerry and Down.
Tipperary go into the game as overwhelming favourites but Clare boss Ger O’Loughlin has expressed confidence that the game will be much closer than some pundits suggest.

His captain, Crusheen’s Pat Vaughan, has told Clare FM that they’ll have to produce their best performance of the season.
